JBL have partnered with ESL to announce the $50,000 JBL Quantum Cup, scheduled to run from the 12th to the 13th of December.

Eight North American teams will be invited to the event, with 100 Thieves 100 Thieves North America Unranked zander Alexander Dituri Cryocells Matthew Panganiban eeiu Daniel Vucenovic Boostio Kelden Pupello Asuna Peter Mazuryk already confirmed as competitors. These eight teams will compete in a round robin stage on the 12th. The top four teams will then go on to compete in a single-elimination bracket on the 13th.

Matches will be streamed at twitch.tv/jblquantum with commentary provided by Alex “Goldenboy” Mendez, Chris “Puckett” Puckett, Arten “Ballatw” Esta and Lauren “Pansy” Scott.

The Quantum Cup is set to follow the conclusion of First Strike North America on the 6th of December. Starting today, sixteen teams will compete in the UMG Closed Qualifier for the final four spots the regional finals.
