APAC Regions Ranked

So based on the play ins and group stage matches these past few days, how do u people rank the regions.

(this is just from the previous games)

MS = Malaysia/Singapore
HT = Hong Kong/Taiwan

we should wait till all opening games are played no?

How about we do not rank these teams till the finals are over so that SEA people do not fight against themselves here.

S tier: TH (still a top dog with xerxia)
A tier: MYSG (PRX is PRX, bleed looking alright) ID (good showing from onic on playins, psj shaky map 1 but all good)
B tier: PH (fell off a bit w/ aph getting elim and naos in LB)
C tier: VN (CES looks alright) SA (GE shits the bed, but vlt looks decent even though it's only against OF)
D tier: HK/TW (not too far from c tier)

Hard to tell right now but SA last for sure
