Who goes through in a draw?

Lets say Liquid and Navi both go 3-2 in matches and one will go to playoffs and one won't, will the one going to playoffs be based of who beat who (so liquid) or based on round differential (most likely Navi) ?

well its head to head match score first and TL beat navi so TL go through but gambit prob beat navi
