actually rise can qualify, if rise win, and optic loses, then rise and optic get tied for spot #4. The tiebreaker is H2H where Rise already won the math, so rise qualifies. So if rise wins and optics loses, rise is in and optic is out
If rise win and OpTic lose I think rise qualifies because of H2H with OpTic
