Lower Ranks have changed.

Hello, I am a Bronze-Silver Elo player playing since the start of episode 2. I feel like some Bronze-Silvers are lot better than expected. They do things like save buys and force buys, 1 way smokes, They can 1 tap with vandal while moving and doing counter strafes. this is way different from Act 1, I feel like the Bronze/Silvers of this act have the same skill as Golds of Act 1.

What do you guys think?

there is a thing called improvement, if u go back to 1st season 1st act, golds and plats back would now place bronze and silver repectively, people improve over time and in order to rank up, u have to improve faster than other people

Had a diamond / immortal player from beta / act 1 in my gold - plat game. He didn't hold up too well.

i've seen people with last act immortals in my plat games, they were washed af lmao

In all honesty though, when I see my silver friends - the problem is everyone wants to play duelist and no one wants to really learn how to play the game.

Once you learn the mechanics you can climb rather quickly.

I mean game is not new for now, so even in silver rank it's harder to shock enemy team.

For example, you can learn EVEN if you're watching only highlights from pro play or ranked of good streamers, you see he's going there in 1vs3 clutch and that was unpredictable for enemies. I had many situations when I remembered play from any video and saw the guy wanna do the same, and with that knowledge, I often managed to win.

Tho I started from plat 3 if I remember well, but played on my gf account in bronze/silver/gold, people there are more unpredictable than in my rank :D anyways, often bad computer/monitor/mouse and settings are holding a lot of guys back. The key is mentality tho.

I started Bronze 1 in the beginning of this act and through washed up golds and plats becoming somehow dominant silvers, and the help of friends, im now iron 2 ]:

everytime a new season starts/a new game comes out ranks are always going to be inflated
