~ Cooldown on retrieving a Star Increased from 14 -> 25
~ Star Placement Distance increased by 3x.
~ Gravity Well & Nova Pulse Cooldown Increased from 25s -> 45s AND neither affect anyone under the ability anymore.

This patch overall is great (Omen, Yoru, Brim, Viper, Icebox), except the Astra which kill this agent.
Orb from 5 -> 4. That's already 20% nerf, still not counting the cd increase, etc. Overall astra power nerf around 50% and buffed 10%. She can suck fr now.

astra is actually the easiest controller if you understand the game lol
