Not yet. Everyone in the team is said to be individually best on their particular role in Brazil but Aspas because

Heat is too good to be diffed by anyone in Brazil imo.
Aspas isn't even Jett main. He recently started to play more Jett after joining LOUD.

It's more about branding than anything else, Aspas, Sacy and even mwzera have more views on twitch than Heat for example, also the LOUD fanbase is massive

He's not better than Heat but he isn't super far like people say, He needs to be tested against other Brazilian t1 teams and since he's ranked demon he does a couple of silly mistakes but he's improving, I would say of top duelists here in Brazil he's the most flexible one.
