Ever since they drop their IGL (Steel) Its been a downhill battle. Could they possibly bounce back with the two new recruits or Nah another roster change?

It's not asuna's fault his team puts him on Jett.
Team clearly needed a Jett player even before last year LAN tournaments.
They should have kept him as the main flex player. Now they are starting to play Jett way too late, and not with a proper Jett main on the team

From interviews with Ec1s it sounds like the issue is Ethan and Hiko tbh. Ec1s wanted to play very discipline, but Hiko and Ethan were both against it until they got to higher tier teams.
