Why not combine LATAM & Brazil quals like EMEA? LATAM literally held a LAN for that, why can't they combine that LAN into one and make it longer, that would be cool.
If anything EU and NA should both get an extra spot... Gambit and C9B are both better than both BR and LATAM teams
