They have so many star players, specially now with Korea imports but for some reason just refuse to make goods teams, always putting these superstars to carry a bunch of diamond level players at best
The only teams who managed to build an all around okish roster were CR and ZETA, and look at that, they just dominate the scene. Smh, if Igzist besides Lakia had also taken seoldam/something+suggest it would’ve been one of my favorite teams to watch, but no, they’re all in separate teams who’ll never mount up to any wins

CR isnt good anymore , this is my opinion
zeta is best and RC is doing very good...they can improve with time
i think RC will be 2nd best in JP

I think it's ridiculous to have a Japanese region where half (if not more) of the teams are 40% Korean. Just doesn't feel right. I don't think imports are inherently bad, but in this case, I think it may for the best to merge Korea and Japan into one subregion.

japan has always been t2 korea in every game
japan player pool is too small, there’s nothing they can do

In the case of Valorant, I actually think the Japanese player base may be larger than the Korean one, solely based on the huge disparity in viewership.

Japan lacks skilled and experienced players (edit: and coaching staff) who can create a team structure that promotes player growth, which is something that is very visible in Korea (DRX).

Theoretically, with time, world-class Japanese talent should emerge as it would in any region with a large playerbase.

Maybe MIBR should import a Korean to carry them since they can't play properly with their current roster

On a side note Japanese casters are probably one of the best casters
