There's a reason why he couldn't get into a tier 1 eu team lol, they should have gone for a homegrown na igl/controler and not a tier 2 washed player.

And then he only played in tier 2 teams, there are tier 1 players on tier 2 teams but they are usually young cracked duelists and this role is oversaturated, igl/smoke role is definitely not oversaturated so if he was any good he would have got picked by a tier 1 team during the eu reshuffles for sure.

They needed an igl and igls in America are expensive so they picked him up. Mechanical skills might not but up to nitro but Astra skills are definitely higher and utility usage
