This is less than 1% about gmd missing his shots.
You said it, they have no set ups nor anything, Koosta IGLing isn't working for them. Let him lurk without the responsibility to IGL. Take IGL back to gmd and let him bring some utility to the team

Tactically, they've been one of the worst teams I've seen during this VCT
