my sleep schedule is messed up atm due to severe jet lag

im european and i don't know what pm and am is so uhhhmm

why does it only go up to 10 am

I was sleeping at 4 AM and waking up at 2 PM, thank god I fixed that so now I'm waking up at 8

valorant can really fuck your sleep schedule. i used to start playing at 11pm when my gf went to sleep, play until 6am, then sleep until 11am. and during the day i would mute my zoom courses to play. this is college, mind you. almost failed out and fucked up my career path based on a damn video game.

now i’m in bed at 10-11, watch a stream until 12 or so, and then wake up at 7ish. much happier life for sure.

weekdays 7:15am and weekends 8:30-9am
