Got to be honest haven’t been impressed by the overall play in this tourney from what I’ve seen fundamentals just aren’t good

To be fair I did watch a bit of there game yesterday and they were pretty good and haven’t seen any of xset (don’t know why there my favourite NA team) but I’ve seen a lot of Faze/Lg/TSM/GenG and haven’t been impressed at all

TBF I don't really consider GenG, TSM, FaZe and LG as close to top NA teams in this tourney, watch the four teams still in the upper bracket for a better view

That's the issue. You're watching the top teams from 2021, not 2022. If you're looking for fundamentals, watch Version1, The Guard, XSET, and Rise, with T1, NRG, and Knights also being on point at times.

and this doesnt happen in other regions either?? some eu playoff matches were literally clownfests with the way teams like G2 were playing at some point, i was only impressed by Guild

Of course it happens sometimes even at champions but I’m seeing it almost every round. BiG and maybe even vitialty/LDN could beat every team I’ve watched in NA
