literally garbage company. what is this dogshit slot allocation? 3 EMEA for champions? Are they that scared that it will be an all-EMEA semis this year? Just like it almost happened last year?

I wonder how much sabotaging do they need to make to help garbage regions. Maybe give 15 slots to Japan and then let another world LCQ for the remaining slot? At least that way a JP team would reach finals and then get stomped 26-0 like always.

Merit > representation
Competition > clout

Just so you know if there was a contenders-like stage it would be all-emea qualifying

Gambit, Acend, Liquid, Fnatic + maybe Guild now have the capacity to win against teams from any other region, but beyond these no other teams are above those from other regions (anyone watched that G2 va Tenstar game?) so 4 Teams for EMEA plus maybe the free slot for masters winner is all that’s needed

LMAO, any of emea challenger teams wouldnt lose a match against other regions, emea challengers is literally harder to win than a world championship atm, same that happens in league with lpl/lck

Is EMEA best region? Yes.
Do we want valorant to turn out like CS GO where we have 10 EU/CIS teams at majors cause of "merit" and 1 team from Asia? No.

U need to give proper chance to other regions and let them develop to have a proper global game.

Eventully we will have 24 teams around the world with proper reps from all regions, but u need to let the game and players grow first.
