Turkey and CIS in Challengers

Why are turkey teams and CIS teams placed in the same group, isn't it dumb that they already played each other in their regional qualifiers?

I think it should stay like this. Because it is already done. But in the next tournaments please don't make the groups stacked with same regions. The point of having a international tournament is to play teams from different regions. It is not hard to draw it like that.

They could've just separate the same region teams so they could actually play against the other regions. But Riot consistently make it wrong. In Berlin Supermassive Blaze got into same group with acend which is in same region. Only Lost to Acend and got eliminated. And now they sucked at this drawn as well what can i say it stating to feel its intentional
