I was watch Championions 2020 when I see player kneed on team Ascent always stop move. why he not just move and shoot? is valorant player all stupid?

please explain. also.

why valurante player do NARUTO (from fortnight) hand simbols on mousepad when shooting? crosshare never on head and still headshot. is GLITCH abuse????!!!
