Riot need to punish VCT toxicity

Sato shooting luk xo’s body, and the refs are just standing there. Is there any need? what if luk xo was having a bad day? Wouldn’t that make him even more sad? That’s really mean, I think riot should start handing out penalties for loser behaviour like this, here are my suggestions.

Strike 1: 250$ fine

Strike 2: 500$ and a public apology

Strike 3: 2 champs points deducted

If Riot implemented this Zellsis, Boaster and Jamppi would be broke.

Also remember when Zellsis was fined because he pretended to give a BJ after a round, imagine if a player did that in todays Valorant, imagine all the people who would be upset at him for it.
