NGL Shooter plays as well as SkRossi and mw1 when he is on 50 ping while Indians are on 5 ping.

Imagine how good he would be on LAN. He was borderline accused for cheating for how good he was.

This is comes down to opinion but Shooter is definitely (one of the best) in SA.
