NA : 3 slots
EMEA : 4 slots
BR : 2 slots
KR : 2 slots
JP : 2 slots
SEA : 2 slots
LATAM : 1 slot

This will exclude Masters 2 Participating Team due to them most likely going to qualify to Champions by Circuit Point Slots
Who do you think will qualify from each region and be the winner in Masters 3? Because 16 Teams from different region fight for single slot will be insane

EMEA gets only 3 Champions spots (2 EMEA circuit + 1 last chance) whereas Asia gets 5 (2 SEA circuit + 1 KR circuit + 1 JP circuit + 1 last chance).
EMEA ranked server population is like 2.5 million, SEA + KR + JP ranked server population is like 1.5 million.

RIOT's only waiting the green flag of the chinese goverment to set up the chinese server, then you can do NA + EU together and the chinese server will still have 3x more players atleast

2 slots for Brazil is enough, only Vikings is playing well, anyteam from BR besides Vikings is going to get destryed by fnatic, liquid and sentinels.
KR is looking good ( I think NUTURN can beat V1 and seed 2 from Brazil ) and JP is putting big numbers, let's see whats going to happen in Iceland
