Brazilian IGLs

Are there any good brazilian igls ? Like rn the only one that comes to my mind is urango but idk he is okay imo and artzin isnt a proper igl . He just took it up he is doing great ngl but like imo he is a better individual than IGL . Like imo the problem with the brazilian scene is that they have aimers but no igls or good coaches to guide them . Like the good ones are in tier 1 like think about it when was the last time you heard that a coach is doing some insane work in the brazilian tier 2 scene but im curious what are your thoughts .
