Brazil is the region which players improve the LES

I was thinking about how teams like edg t1 and g2 improved making small team changes because the remaining players improved as well

meanwhile you have brazilian players who never improved past their initial peak or even got worse

are we complacent? if we don't start hot I feel like we don't improve. maybe that's true for most regions but I feel like Brazil is the worst at improving current players

No good IGLs/Coaches to look at the mistakes and fix them. The only good Brazilian players that improved had great coaches (Bzka, Frod) and IGLs that have good ideas and can atleast shoot their gun

Brazil has a lot of exceptional player talent but no good coaches and no good igls. Both are incredibly important for fixing mistakes and guiding a team in Valorant, especially to keep up with continual improvement.

It's also why 3 Brazilians + a good IGL and coach from somewhere else keeps being so successful by comparison.
