phantom is more accurate than vandal, you can literally check the stats in game, this is why phantom has always been the statistically better weapon even before it's range buff

Nah. Phantom has a whole lot of small bonuses (mag size, accuracy, recoil control, no tracers), but vandal gets the HUGE bonus of 1tapping at any range

if you record your gameplay and look at each gunfight you take (except long range maps like breeze and icebox where I agree vandal is better), I gurantee you in 70% of the gunfights you will probably be within 25m of your opponents which is the phantom 1 tap range
