t2 players when they get picked up, "OMG THEYRE MID THEY COULD BARELY PERFORM IN T2". When teams recycle t1 players, "dude where is the up and coming players?"

teams shouldnt be shy to pick up t2 teams that are "mid" to give them a chance. instead of just gatekeeping, and please dont hate on t2 players. give them atleast 1 year before any judgement.
