does anyone know if you refund a skin that you bought in a night market would it give you the full price back if you used your 1 time refund? If not how would you know how much you get back if you don't remember how much you paid?

I think you can't refund any skin from night market, that's on the rules.

Riot Games allows for a one-time exception refund for weapon skins in Valorant, even if they've been used and upgraded. However, this is a one-time per account opportunity.

did they send a ticket to riot or did they just do it on the refund page?

You have to send a support ticket to riot since the refund page doesn't have it. The AI will automatically think that you are on the wrong page so just send another message to reopen the ticket.

Edit: nvm you right they don't offer it anymore idk when they changed that just got a message

as #6 said, you can't refund anything back that you have upgraded. so if you haven't upgraded your skin then you can write to riot support
