Why did TS sign ex boom coach?

I mean looking at his track record, he failed to lead boom to strong appearances and once he left boom, boom became unstoppable (they’re currently indefeated in pacific rn which is insane with their new coach). Any thoughts why TS dropped 2 coaches (including warbirds which is doing great in rrq rn) for this new coach?

Meow as a coach has similar method as Ewok (RRQ coach), non-ex proplayer theoritical coach
Meanwhile 6finger was ex-proplayer, Boom IGL in CS has more situational approach

It doesn't matter how bad or good ur coach if player just suck ass team

no other option?

maybe bad management and not enough scouting for a coach, idk
