add Apeks, Apeks has shown their dedication to Valorant and should be rewarded for that risk

add Fokus or Mouz or SGE, Fokus is the biggest Esport Org in Germany, has been in Valorant since the beginning and has the biggest community, Mouz and Eintracht are very big and wealthy orgs who have shown their expertise in Esport so if not Fokus one of these two would be a must

game history wise i would agree but Koi has a huge followership so I dont see a problem also not all teams in the league can be the best so its good that theres a clear 12th T.T
