Are PH players good?

I felt surprised watching the GE vs DFM match. It looks like that PH players, mechanically speaking, are above average (can at least shoot back). But PH T2 teams look lackluster in local and regional matches.

Papi is a beast starting from day one tho

pinoy vcl is trash. there's only one team in sea vcl. The second and third best pinoy teams lost to non-org team.
