I think Boostio would be a Chihuahua.

From his pics next to potter, he looks quite short, always shit talking on twitter but he chill in person (All bark no bite) and like chihuahua's, he has that trait of standing up during matches to taunt the enemy but always from a safe distance.

chihuahuas also scream very loudly and i do want to kick one icl
