This is not a tierlist based on how well teams did up to this point-its a prediction on how the rankings will look after Stage 1 concludes-ie a team that looks bad now/at kickoff I might have higher because I think they will get better as the Stage goes on and a team that did well in kickoff I may have lower because I dont think they can maintain that form/some teams will overtake them
