im a current high ascendant peak immortal 40% hs player with plenty of radiant peak teammates and friends and the consensus is that aim trainers arent necessary, just getting a solid warmup routine that hits all aspects of the game including your aim and movement will suffice
some people enjoy using aim trainers and they do help a bit i just personally believe your movement is much more important than aim

Honestly your warm up should be to just start comp first. Me personally when I do shit in a DM then it's already looming over me in the comp game and I'm not that confident. But if you start comp first you don't really feel any pressure of "Oh I fried in my dm so I should frag heavy." Or "I did so bad in my dm I'm gonna do bad..."

Hope this makes sense somehow. I'm just typing this on a whim
