I don't know why people think that way, It's all about target audience gamble, alcohol, support shit talk = allow freedom that kids aren't suppose to reach so it's open up more for adult and keep the kid away for some level and kid will realize valorant welcome them more than CS. Valorant = Welcome everyone but they say that they target on young people that's why they have policies to fit for their audeince
CS2 = Invovle many 18+ shit in the game it pretty rough for kids so that mean they don't care about kid but give all freedom for adult to have fun in anyway they want.
