How has those gaming rules effected eSports talents growth and development? Doesn't seem to have cause much problem in val but from some other eSports like PUBG(both PC and mobile) and dota2 that I follow I have noticed the talent growth getting stagnant for few years now. Also how is the talent pool in league the most popular PC game and eSports there?

This should just tell you how insane the Chinese spirit is. Handicap after handicap, they still come out on top.

Any actual Chinese person who knows about the eSports scene in cn deeply? Really curious if the rules have effected the scene and how.

not CN but someone following the scene often, PUBG and DOTA cause are due to declining growth in the game, PUBG has yet to get approval meant orgs cant invest much while in DOTA2 well LoL and HoK eclipsed them in every aspect

the U18 rule does affect a bit where in the past teams like to stack U18 players as academies but they seem to adapt from it fine
