imo teams making changes after kickoff (less than 5ish matches on stage for most) is one of the most stupid things teams can do. I can understand if theres a literal problem in team synergy and vibes but please let teams have time to figure this stuff out. happy for rossboss tho.

i dont think he is close to struggling, best case for him to get a stable job is waiting for the offseason. C9 and 100T job will probably be open. LEV is basically NA and they might get rid of their coach if they keep underperforming
