NRG management have been failing ever since franchising. org just get dumber and dumber every season and im here patiently waiting for them to actually do something.

Yeah idk why they supposedly benched Verno who had 1 bad series, and Bonkar, when they are probably limited on options for coaches.

Honestly at this point, they should've just fired the manager for these terrible choices.

feel like we finally had something going on just for it to be ruined. hopefully it works out tho but benching a coach this early seems immature especially since that coach will get signed for another t1 org after this season

They had/have such a promising roster with Mada and Verno, but ig if they have one bad day it means they're gonna get cut instead of polishing their mistakes.

no thats definitely not it, this kind of vlr take is so common and so terrible. no org in the history of the game has benched players so soon for performance. the issue is either internal (comms issue, chem issue, team conflict) or monetary (poor org like what happened with C9 yay or EG's 2023 roster)

You have a fair point, but don't you think that issues with comms, chem, or maybe even team conflict would've been "solved" way earlier during the off-season?

Regardless of the issue, they could've fixed or patch things before Split 1 starts.

yeah i would have thought so too but according to sean gares these issues were mentioned in the off season
i dont think its comms it could be because verno doesnt talk that much but idts
chem also i dont think so
on the NRG podcast and content verno has acted kinda overly nonchalant so maybe if thats his attitude even when it comes to the team that could be the issue

Honestly doesn't even sound like a big problem. Even though he probably comes off as blunt, it's not entirely a bad thing.

Also nothing wrong with being quiet outside the game.

could be because he wanted the bag from another org. likely why bonkar left. NRG are kinda bad at spending it could be management problems too.
