they talk about offseason events and how boostio believes they are completely useless and teams only ever play in them to travel, he believes that playing in these is legit a waste of time because "he is not going to try for 10,000 dollars". if I'm wrong in thinking that mentality for your team is not productive please let me know, after watching this video they put out it seems like 100T is just riddled with excuses as to why they don't want to put in as much work as others team.

however the rest of the video isn't as egregious in my opinion, especially when he argues that they really did get an unlucky kickoff draw 2 years in a row, can't wait to see them in 2 months

They did get unlucky with draws tbf. Still, as a team of 100T's stature, beating the top teams in the region (G2, SEN, NRG) should be what you're pushing for. There is no excuse for underperforming even if they probably lost to two of the three best teams in the region.
