Well, it happens, the pression of competing can affect him in some maps, but let bro adapt himself.
It's his first LAN games. Are you insane at your job immediately after starting ? Or do you need time for on-boarding and to adjust to new environment and working conditions.

i agree generally but if you've been working as a manager for 3 years then you go to a different company you should be able to incorporate your old skills
