Nah, maybe better OP and Sheriff but Jemkin Vandal is too good. Also don't forget that Jemkin was facing WAY BETTER opponents compare to Fullsense.
The only weakness of Jemkin is Neon and it's already solved with Monyet (not to mention Neon nerf kekw).
