Reach your peak as a rookie/ then crash out the rest of your career (demon1)

Have a up /down/ up /retirement (tenz)

Stay decent but never leave (Asuna)

Or be shit your entire career and somehow peak at the last moment and win a big tournament or two (unknown player)
