How to get VCT Watchparty Rights?

So when i was searching for how to get watchparty permission/rights, i could only find information regarding NA guidelines, but I could not find anything for Pacific and EMEA. It would be great if anyone could let me know how I could apply for the watchparty rights.

some ppl watchparty without rights (shanks and alot more) but u may get in trouble if u are a smaller creator

he also did some APAC games last year and i dont think he had rights for that aswell bcoz he didnt plan to do it his chat said and he did and u cant get rights in 10 mins

Idk but there's a criteria I think, they just won't allow anyone to watchparty, the main aim of watchparty is to bring and attract viewers to the original thing, it's more like a form of advertisement and thus if u don't offer any such advertisement to them meaning u don't have good sub count or viewer count ( from ur previous videos) then u aren't bringing them viewers and they won't allow.

maybe focus more on building your channel 1st even if you get in contact with riot if there's only 8 viewers its not possible

As far as I know
Tier 1 matches require perms but it's not really clear the criteria
Tier 2 games other than Ascensions I think don't need perms

I think there's a form you need to fill in general but I don't think everyone gets VCT watchparty permissions.
But the other way around it is since you are Indian try nd get in contact with nodwin gaming since they officially broadcast in Hindi so maybe you can get permission from them to watchparty over their commentary.
Nodwin officially releases forms for Indian Tier 2 nd literally accepts everyone applying but I am not sure if they will do the same for Vct Pacific but try nd contact people who work for them it doesn't hurt right
