True stretches question

Anyone else been playing so much true stretched valorant and now irl (in real life) looks weird?

Like 1920x1080 flips me out and now I get headaches walking around school because everything is so tall and narrow and shit. I don’t think it helps that I’m 5’3 215 lbs either
