convince yourself that ranked is useless since you never really climb and that offseason is pointless since nobody really trying

manage the time probably like if u really want to watch and u have exams make sure tht u have a goal to like study something, complete your goal before u watch it nd dont watch it until u finish it

exams will be finished in like 1 week just tell yourself that valorant is a reward for finishing your last final

Get out of your house and find a different place to study(library, friend's place, study hall, etc)
Separate your living space from your study space at all costs - learned this one the hard way for about 6-7 years, I was a terrible procrastinator and never did readings before my lectures when I tried to do all my studying at home instead of doubling my studying time as a social thing
Trust me when I say it gets SO much easier to focus on actually doing school things when you aren't in the same space you use to grind val and yap on a discord call

Honestly delete Val till your exams end (that's what I did). Instead of watching Live, watch the highlights. It might be less fun but it saves a lot of time without actually cutting it fully out.
