Dreaming of reaching T2 Valorant

I’m 16 and been playing Val on a laptop with 80 fps cap and have only been playing couple hours a day but have reached Asc 2 50 rr. I’m just wondering if like upgrading to PC would help at all for reaching Immo and if its possible to get T2 offer before i’m 18.

1. A PC upgrade will absolutely help you 100%. I remember being hardstuck silver 1 with my old pc barely reaching 60 fps. But when I upgraded to a new PC that reaches 165+ fps consistently, I climbed all the way up to plat 2 in 2-3 acts.

2. It's possible, but you'll need to stand out. I believe in you though, keep up the good work man.

it definitely will, but there is still a long long way to improve to get a t2 offer. if you aren't taking the collegiate path you need to get recognition through ranked, which means you'll have to be at the top of the leaderboards consistently. there are still ways to improve outside of mechanics that fps wont help you with and you will definitely will need to refine to be the best of the best, but yes obviously the jump from 80 to 240 or even higher will do wonders.

• It'll be good if you are 240+ FPS
• Mostly players in tier 2 are/were radiant
• If you being like ranked demon it's easy to get team
• try premier and if you play so good in premier you have a chance
• your region

You're not only gonna need a gaming PC, but to rapidly improve because immortal is not even close to enough for t2

for comparison, two of the guys on Rankers who just won stage 3 NA are your age (16) - Nightz and Cane and they've both hit rank 1 and over 1k rr

so get a new pc as soon as you can and grind tf outta ranked and play in premier/t3-4 tournies if you're serious
