C9 have loser mentality, maybe its a different sport but ive played football as a CM/second captain and voice on the pitch. i was taught from a young age, to never be comfortable with mistakes and to hold standards for both teammates and yourself. dude i would get yelled at like a fucking bitch, its about leadership and they lack that. C9 is comfortable with making mistakes and kissing at the end saying "nice try guys", rossy isnt and calls out dogshit play. sure he can be better in delivering it(not saying in the server mid game but halftime or after games).
i mean i see both mentalities, but some people just dont respond well to that way of thinking. if instead of giving them the resolve to fix their mistakes and what not and it ends up backfiring, everyone on the team is down and it makes the game even worse. I think once the match is over you go over everything, but you dont say it in between maps or halftime. rossy said that he shut down and was like sighing into the mic which isn't what you want to see from the igl. i think the main problem was that he was the igl doing this
Still disagree with it but that's more to do with the fact that I'm 100% sure Rossy can't really say much about it since it risks any future contracts and C9 is probably just saying some PR garbage they succeed for the first time and now they complain if they had doubts to begin with why even sign him 💀
