HereticsXP Event Question

Anyone else going to the Heretics event know how the tickets work? I just bought mine and I don't see any row or section listed in numbers, just letters like row ZNN and seat ZNN. Is this normal for this venue?

Depending on when you arrive, you sit wherever you want or there is a space available.
