what about geng run is a fluke if they were dominate for not 1 but 2 masters in a row, getting grouped at champs doesnt make it a fluke, if they didnt come 2nd at madrid then sure maybe it was a fluke, but they did
what IS a fluke is a team doing bad the whole year --> winning champs --> losing to dfm and prx with their main roster

yea that’s not a bad way to put it, i definitely think burnout was a much bigger issue in 2024 than 2023 and was a part as to why teams weren’t consistent. sen won madrid and suffered burnout thus not qualifying, geng won shanghai and suffered burnout thus not making playoffs. the teams they lost to made it to the inspire arena so they get a pass for me
