Do you know they conduct open tryout of 90+ players and for your info i tell you only 12 Indian players registered and they say around 7 of them come to actul tryout .. so you expect them to pick 5 out of 7 players .. wow ... go and check out the video which is already on GE valorant chenel......And if you dont have a good info then dont use your words
yea, I saw some of the GE owner clips saying Indian is not up to the mark yet which is true but you got to give them exposure to the international circuit in order to grow. See China for example, how much they improved themselves rapidly in a short amount of time, although they were much more talented than indians but still, you got to have some representation in order to foster esports development in already a lagging region
yea but the thing is GE hiring indian players isnt the only way to gain exposure
Indian players could join other south east asian teams and atleast trial for other teams
It should not be GE’s role to nurture talent
because they are a tier 1 team and want to win like every other org
They are making an academy roster to help nurture talent
