Why do pro player retire in late 20s

I don't understand that in every sports a pro plays in mid to late 30s

And rich sports, you can earn lifetime income in one season

Do pro player do not have that level of hunger??

Are they lazy??

if you think about it they've been playing since they were kids so retiring mid 20's is ending 10 year career damn near. NRG mada has been playing pro since like 13 so in 2 years he would've been professionally gaming for 10 years
