PC builder people come

Trying to buy a new pc as the stuff in my current pc's getting pretty old, plus I want to use it to expand my home server storage. Aiming for a sub-$900 budget (minus the SSD, planning on migrating it from my old PC) but idk whether to go for a better GPU with an older CPU or vice versa

Planning on using it for 1080p games with a 280hz monitor, streaming and editing

Here's my two current options:
Ryzen 7 5700X + RX 7700XT
Ryzen 5 7600 + RX 7600XT

Which one looks better?
