Why TS Didn’t Pick Up the New GE Players?

Team Secret hasn’t really made an international in awhile and they have been changing some players. If GE scouted the best players (without bias), then why hasn’t papi, patrickwho, and kellyS not picked up for the past couple of years?

Either GE is capping or Ts hasn’t really picked up the best players to win? Or I don’t know it just doesn’t make sense.

kellyS isn't that great, I mean he's good but not a must pick
Patrickwho is very new
Like started playing competitive valorant 6 months before
But yeah they should have taken papi a long time back

Got it. It’s just that it’s weird it’s like you’re running an NBA team and you suddenly pick up random pug players to compete at the highest. I might be wrong though so we might as well just wait. Maybe TS is indeed making the right decision all throughout who knows.
